Summary:
Position requires outgoing individuals to work with outside sales team to schedule demonstrations of our products to contractors in electrical, mechanical and plumbing and to help with lead generation. Inside outbound phone sales experience required with strong computer and software skills. Experience using contact management software required.

Outside Sales Representative

Cert-In Software Systems currently has openings for an Outside Sales Representatives. Strong computer skills with software sales experience is required and experience in the electrical industry is extremely valuable but is not required.
General Support:
•Assist with the training of customers in the use of software and hardware
•Troubleshoot
•Create and maintain appropriate documentation concerning processes and procedures associated with support.
•Provide routine and emergency support to customers in-person, over the telephone, and/or through remote support systems.
•Assist other personnel in the completion of projects as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able go teach technical material.
•A high-degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm when dealing with frustrated customers; the ability to maintain job satisfaction while working under continually stressful conditions.
•In-depth knowledge of personal computers
•Knowledge of Internet connectivity and LAN / WAN technology
•Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technology
•Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software.

Technical Support Analyst

Summary:
The Technical Support Analyst provides direct support to Customers via phone, internet and remote desktop connection.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Install, configure, troubleshoot, and remove computing software.
General Support:
•Assist with the training of customers in the use of software and hardware
•Troubleshoot
•Create and maintain appropriate documentation concerning processes and procedures associated with support.
•Provide routine and emergency support to customers in-person, over the telephone, and/or through remote support systems.
•Assist other personnel in the completion of projects as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able go teach technical material.

The Technical Support Analyst position requires employees to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the public; work as part of a team to collaborate with colleagues; and complete projects under tight deadlines even when there are competing requirements and changes in assignments.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will occasionally be called upon to perform other duties not included in this job description.
